We are excited to announce the Splash Summer Arts Festival on Saturday, August 17th from 10 am until 3 pm at Miller Park, 928 Market Street in downtown Chattanooga, 37402.

We anticipate over 1000 people. This family-friendly festival will feature performers and artists celebrating Chattanooga's diverse community with a fun colorful family-oriented event at Miller Park.

This event will celebrate the creativity of Chattanooga's youth with demonstrations, kids' activities, games, arts, crafts, dance, food, and live performances on the Miller Park stage. I hope you will also provide one or more of these activities, but it is not mandatory.

The festival will be marketed via billboards, print media, television, radio, and social media.


1. Vendors: The booth fee is $50. Vendors will be assigned a booth on arrival.

2. Food trucks: By Invitation Only are $100 (limited space). Please send us a copy of all state licenses, permits, Insurance certificates, etc.  We must give those to the City of Chattanooga. No commission will be taken from your sales as this is an artist-friendly event!

3. Each booth dimension is 10 x 10 feet. You must provide your own tent (recommended), and booth equipment.

4. Set up is from 8 am until 10 am on Saturday the day of the event:

- Booths must be open for business by 10 AM. Breakdown begins at 3 pm. 

- You must be finished by 6 pm. 

- Vendors must arrive on time and stay for the entire event. 

- There is no rain date. 

- There are no refunds.

All vendors must register and pay in advance.  There are no commission fees on your sales. The festival will happen rain or shine!!! There will be no refunds. There are no rain days!!! 

Deadline for Registration is August 4th.

*Food Truck vendors wishing to participate must contact SPLASH before filliing application to confirm they have all necessary permissions i.e. licenses/insurance. This is prerequisite for all food vendors before registering.  Call us: 423 320 6738 .

The setup fee for booth holders is $50.  All spaces will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.  All spaces are 10 x 10 ft.  

Artists may purchase two spaces side by side if needed - at $100.  Tents not to exceed 10 X 10 ft. Tents should be weighted to avoid wind damage.
Setup available Saturday, August 17th  8am till 10 am. 

Festival opens at 10am.  Festival closes at 3pm.  Cleanup is until 5pm.  Everyone is responsible for making sure their space is completely free of debris.
